BUZz: JAY-Z Confirmed that Vybz Kartel was supposed to be on Blueprint 3

Caribbean Lifestyle Media-Jay-Z recently confirmed on the Cipha Sounds and Pete Rosenberg show that he wanted Vybz Kartel on his songs but things did not work out. In a conversation with Jay-Z, Pete Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds, Cipha stated-"the problem with Vybz Kartel is that he is speaking in an Jamaican accent, but my goal is to get Vybz Kartel on the song together with Eminem".  Pete Rosenberg: "Is he that wild" Cypha: "He is ill".
